On Romanian projects, Decret proposes from the project's files the document that covers each piece, and you confirm it.

The technical book (cartea tehnică a construcției) collects a building's design, construction, handover and operation documents and is handed to the owner at handover.

Questions
Does it work for projects outside Romania?
Not yet. The handover dossier follows the Romanian technical book; the list for worldwide projects is not written yet.
What do I do with a missing piece?
Start it from its template in the Romania library, filled from the project, or upload it when you receive it.
Do dossier exports cost extra?
No. The archive and the index hold only your own files.
What Decret does not do
Decret never counts a piece as received without a person confirming it, and it does not write technical documents for the designer or the contractor.
