The hidden works record, filled from the project.

Decret fills it from the drawings and documents, with the quote for every value, and what is missing stays TBC.

A concrete pour and pre-pour inspection record in Decret, still a draft: a value with the file it comes from, and its source open on the exact quote from the concrete works specification.

The site inspector reads it from a link.

Send the draft for review, and the site inspector approves or asks for changes, in their own name.

The draft sent to the site inspector by link: the record with its filled-in values, their source and the fields still TBC.

On what basis

Work that becomes hidden is inspected before it is covered, and the inspection is recorded in a record (proces verbal).

Questions

Can an approved record be evidence for the valuation?

Yes. A record approved in Decret can be the evidence of a measurement in the month's valuation.

What happens to TBC fields at issue?

They are blank on the issued document. Fill them after the RFI answer, in a new revision.

What Decret does not do

Decret never fills in levels, reinforcement or results that are not in the documents, and it does not sign the record: the people at the inspection do.
