A request for information asks the designer or client about something missing or contradictory in the documents; the contract usually asks for a register of them.
Questions
Does the addressee need a Decret account?
No. They get a link that expires and see only the lines sent to them. They can create an account at the end if they want to.
Can I send the link on WhatsApp?
Yes. The link goes out by e-mail and you can copy it from the same window.
What happens to documents that depended on the answer?
Decret shows how many documents the answer affects and redoes them as new drafts, for review. Nothing issued changes on its own.
What Decret does not do
Decret never closes a line without a person confirming the answer, and never fills a gap with an estimate.
