- Pressure-test record (operator form)

- Drinking-water flushing and disinfection record
- Physico-chemical test reports + residual chlorine
- Metrological check report + quality/warranty certificate for the meter
- Connection assembly drawing / chamber detail / data sheet
Handover to the operator
- Technical-handover record (operator form, not RTL)
- Transfer protocol into the operator / public estate
- AS-BUILT DWG Stereo 70 + coordinate inventory
- Supply request + contract (after technical handover)
- ANAR water-management endorsement + ANAR permit
- DSP permit / endorsement (drinking water)
- Water safety planThe operator's duty, not the contractor's.
- Wastewater-takeover agreement / discharge permit
