Permits and authorities
The paperwork for the town hall and ISC, at the start of the works, during them and at close-out.
Start
- F.13: start-of-works notice to the building-permit issuer (town hall)
- F.14: start-of-works notice to ISC/IJC
- Proof of ISC fees (0.1% + 50% of 0.5%)
- Control programme by specialtySigned: beneficiary, designer, checker, contractor, site supervisor, RTE.
- Approval request for the hold-phase control programme (ISC form)
- Appointment decisions: RTE / site manager / site supervisor
- DTOE: technical documentation for organising execution (with the permit)
Close-out
- F.15: completion notice to the town hall
